Young people of color in high school are invited to explore exciting career pathways at the intersection of technology and sports at Tech Slam Baltimore on Friday, April 12 from 9:00am to 2:00pm ET at Coppin State University in the Physical Education Complex. This event, hosted by The Hidden Genius Project in partnership with TEAM, Inc., is designed to demystify, expose, and inspire youth of color to skills and networks that can guide them to exciting S.T.E.A.M. career opportunities.
At Tech Slam Baltimore, high school participants will:
– Play with technology while practicing coding and programming skills
– Break down sports footage using industry-leading, cutting-edge analytics software
– Learn about the various opportunity pathways that can lead to participation in the tech sector
