Oakland High School senior Perry is one of 19 Hidden Genius Alumni that have returned as Youth Educators to support our current Intensive Immersion Program cohorts. Perry recently shared a story with us about how he connected with one young Genius around their shared passion for skating.
“He wanted the same app as me,” says Perry. “It’s cool [because] It makes me realize I learned a lot and can express what I learned to others. I believe it gives them motivation to see someone like them come back and teach.”
